At 96 Harley Street, we have a floor almost exclusively dedicated to physical therapy, which includes a gym and consulting rooms. Treatment is intended for people recovering from injury, those wishing to improve fitness, strength and flexibility for sport, people with fatigue following illnesses such as cancer or ME, the overweight or the very inactive.
All sessions are supervised by either a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist and training programmes are tailored to all fitness levels.
Giles Webster has been working alongside Physiotherapist John Rutherford since 1991, supervising the gym and planning and implementing rehabilitation protocols.
An Exercise Physiologist by qualification, Giles constructs gentle, effective regimes for those with physical limitation, more robust protocols for sports men and women, as well as special programmes for those who have lost confidence in their ability to exercise. Access to the gym is limited to two people at a time to optimise Giles' time and enhance therapeutic benefit.
